Thank you for purchasing artwork from JRōby. Each fine-art print is professionally produced to order and carefully prepared for shipment.

Processing Time

Please allow 7–10 business days for your artwork to be professionally produced, inspected, signed, and prepared for shipment.

Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

This processing period begins after your order is confirmed and is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, weight, and available shipping service.

Customers can review applicable shipping charges before completing their purchase.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery dates include order processing and carrier transit time. Actual delivery may vary because of carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Packaging

Artwork is carefully packaged using protective materials and appropriately sized shipping boxes to help prevent damage during transportation.

Tracking

Once your artwork ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States. Shipping availability is determined at checkout.

International shipping is not currently offered.

If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or appears lost in transit, please contact us promptly at robyartworld@gmail.com with your order number and relevant details.

We will review the situation and assist with an appropriate resolution.
